Stay Fit and HealthyGym & Workout

At TDChristian High School we prioritize the holistic development of our students, which includes not just academic achievement, but also physical fitness. Our School offers impressive gym and workout areas that are designed to cater to the unique needs of our students. From specialized equipment to spacious exercise rooms, these gyms provide students with ample opportunities to stay fit and healthy while also fostering a sense of community. As such, we are able to promote both physical and spiritual growth, creating a well-rounded educational experience that prepares students for success in all aspects of life.

We also offer many sports teams such as basketball, volleyball, cross-country, soccer, badminton, track and field, and ultimate frisbee. There is also an intramural hockey league that we run on Fridays for students of all skill levels. Staff play too! At lunch, you’ll always find people playing sports in the gym.
