Will Planning 101 Seminars introduce and explain the various elements that go into an effective Will.
The presentation addresses general questions such as why people should have a Will, the different parts of a Will, and related concepts. Examples include “Who should I choose as my executor?”, “Who decides on a guardian for my minor children?”, “What impact does it make to include a legacy gift in my plan?” Throughout the presentation guests are welcome to ask questions.
